Booking & Cancellation
Booking Policy
You can make appointments through our website or by sending a text.To secure your appointment, a credit card is required. This helps us manage our schedule and reduce no-shows. Once you book, we'll send you a confirmation text/email, and a reminder will be sent as your appointment time approaches. Walk-in appointments are sometimes available, but clients with scheduled appointments will be given priority.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us time to offer your slot to another client.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you'll be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. If you do not show up for your appointment and don't notify us, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
We understand that emergencies happen, so the cancellation fee may be waived in special cases.
Clients who repeatedly cancel or no-show may be required to prepay for future services.

Wait-list Policy
If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, you can ask to be added to our wait-list.
We'll notify you if an appointment opens up, and you can choose to take it or stay on the list.
Wait-list notifications will be sent via text or email.
If you accept a wait-list appointment, our standard booking policies apply, and our cancellation policies apply if you cancel that appointment.
We'll clear wait-lists regularly, and we'll let you know if your wait-list spot is no longer available due to the service being booked.
